It is the client’s responsibility to maintain a full back-up copy of their website before providing login access to Anchored Design & Development.

It is the client’s responsibility to update all outstanding WordPress, Genesis & Plugin updates on their site prior to Anchored Design & Development logging in.

If this function is not performed prior to Anchored Design & Development logging in to the client’s site, an additional charge of $175+ will be billed to the client.
